I have installed the software, but when I open it, it asks for a name, organization, and activation key? I tried putting in the serial # included with no success... Any advice?

The serial and password used to work when I downloaded this in the past. I can no longer get them to. It asks for an organization, but none is supplied. Is this working for anyone else?
